Terms of service

These terms describe the Pulse service offered by Charles Gaudreau Jackson. Review them before creating a workspace or purchasing a subscription. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and use only workspaces and channels you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Workspace administrators are responsible for their membership and feature settings.

Pulse Pilot and payment

Pulse Pilot is US$49 per workspace per month for up to 10 members, with 20 shared AI requests per day. Applicable taxes are added at Checkout. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. The plan and total shown in Stripe Checkout govern your purchase; no automatic usage-overage charges are added.

Workspace content requires an eligible paid subscription. Downloading the app or returning from Checkout does not itself grant access. Payment status is verified with Stripe. Failed, canceled or disputed payments may limit workspace access while keeping billing recovery available.

Cancellation and refunds

Workspace administrators can manage or cancel a subscription through Billing settings and the Stripe customer portal. Review the cancellation date shown there; cancellation normally stops the next renewal and retains access through the paid period unless another access restriction applies.

For a refund request, email charles@predictive.company with the workspace, charge reference and reason. Each refund is reviewed and must be approved by the owner. A request does not guarantee approval; applicable statutory refund and consumer rights are preserved.

Content and permitted use

You retain your rights in your content. You authorize Pulse and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the features you use. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the service.

Workplace reviews and communication indicators must be used with context and human judgment. Pulse must not be treated as an automatic employment or disciplinary decision-maker.

AI and automations

AI features require workspace enablement and an authorized request or activated automation. Review automation plans before activation and review AI output before relying on it. AI can make mistakes or omit context; it is not professional advice. Administrators and users remain responsible for their decisions and automation settings.

Availability and changes

We work to maintain Pulse, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures may affect availability. Keep independent copies of information you need for business continuity.

We may change features or these terms. Material changes to paid service or pricing will be communicated before they take effect where required. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
